Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused silicone bags in their original box, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
